Moon Walk
30ml Gand Marnier
30ml Grapefruit Juice
3 Drops of Rose Water
105ml Champagne
Grapefruit Peel (for Garnish)
Build all ingredients but the champagne into a champagne flute and stir. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.

60ml Aged Rum

10ml Cinnamon Syrup
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 Dash of Absinthe
