60ml Aged Rum
15ml Lime Juice
10ml St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
10ml Celery Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
One Eighth A Teaspoon of Matcha Ta Powder
2 Cucumber Wheels (1 for Garnish)
Muddle the cucumber wheel and syrup in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and add garnish.
