Rattlesnake

60ml Rye Whiskey
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
2 Dashes of Absinthe
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 Egg White

Dry shake ingredients vigorously, add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass.
