Little Engine

60ml Scotch
15ml Port
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon of Apple Butter
Apple Fan (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients briefly and double strain into an old fashioned glass. Add garnish.
