Under The Volcano

30ml Mezcal
30ml Cream Sherry
30ml Amar Nonino
1 Dash of Chocolate Mole Bitters
Orange Peel (for Garnish)

Stir and strain ingredients into an ice filled old fashioned glass. Add garnish.
