60ml Cognac
30ml Sweet Vermouth
15ml Grenadine
15ml Orange Juice
1 Teaspoon of Crème de Menthe
1 Dash of Port
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
Shake all ingredients but the port and strain into an ice filled tall glass. Top up with the port and add garnish.
