Castle of Córdoba

20ml Calvados
15ml Cognac
60ml Alvar Festival Pale Cream Sherry
2 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
Apple Slice (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and stain into a coupe glass. Add garnish.
