60ml White Rum
3 Teaspoons of Peach Liqueur
Quarter of a Cup of Diced Pineapple Slices
45ml Lime Juice
3 Teaspoons of Sugar Syrup
1 Small Handful of Chopped Common Mint
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
Blend ingredients with ice until smooth and pour into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.
