Weeper's Joy

60ml Dry Vermouth
20ml Kümmel
10ml Bénédictine
10ml Absinthe
3 Dashes Orange Bitters
3 Dashes of Bittermens Orchard Street Celery Shrub
Orange Peel (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.
