60ml Flor De Caña 7-Year Rum
20ml Sandeman Rainwater Madeira
20ml Demerara Syrup
1 Egg
2 Dashes of Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters
Grated Cinnamon (for Garnish)
Dry shake ingredients, add ice and shake again. Double strain ingredients into a fizz glass. Add garnish.
