Northern Lights

30ml Gin
15ml Simple Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons of Cranberry Sauce
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
60ml Sparkling Wine
3 Cranberries (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the sparkling wine and double strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the wine and add garnish.
