2 Dried Figs
8ml Tawny Port
8ml Lemon Juice
60ml Aged Rum
8ml Simple Syrup
120ml Tonic Water
Lemon Wheel (for Garnish)
Dried Fig Slice (for Garnish)
Slice the dried figs, add it to a shaker along with the port and juice and gently muddle. Add the rum and syrup and shake well, double strain into a Collins glass and top up the glass with the tonic water. Add garnishes.
