The Morning Star

20ml Sweet Vermouth
20ml Dry Vermouth
20ml Rye Whiskey
20ml Apple Cider
20ml Orange Liqueur
Apple Wheel (for Garnish)

Shake and strain ingredients into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.
