60ml Scotch
15ml Simple Syrup
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
120ml Earl Grey Tea
2 Small Pieces of Ginger
Candied Garnish (for Garnish)
Brew the tea and build it into a tea cup while still hot along with the other ingredients and stir. Add garnish.
