St. Knut's Day

30ml Aquavit
15ml Honey
25ml Lemon Juice
2 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
90ml Prosecco
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)
Star Anise (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the Prosecco and strain into a coupe glass. Top up the Prosecco and add garnishes.
