Gibraltor

10ml Mezcal Tequila
45ml Calvados
20ml Pear Liqueur
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup

Rinse a coupe glass with the mezcal tequila, shake the remaining ingredients and strain into the rinsed glass.
