45ml Cynar
20ml Ginger Liqueur
15ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
60ml Sparkling Wine
Grated Nutmeg (for Garnish)
Shake all ingredients but the sparkling wine and strain into a champagne flute. Top up the glass with the wine and add garnish.
