The Vespucci

45ml Fino Sherry
45ml Sweet Vermouth
3 or 4 Dashes of Angostura Bitters or Birch Bitters
5ml Seltzer

Build all ingredients but the seltzer into an ice filled rocks glass and stir. Top up with the seltzer.
