1 Pinch of Pink Salt
1 Tablespoon of Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon of Pink Grapefruit Juice
1 Tablespoon of Sugar Syrup
60ml Blanco Tequila
Soda Water
Grapefruit Slice (for Garnish)
Shake all ingredients but the Soda Water and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
