30ml Cognac
2 Teaspoons of Gold Rum
1 Clove
60ml Pineapple Juice
1 Tablespoon of Sugar Syrup
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons of Red Wine
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Shake all ingredients but the wine and bitters and strain into a champagne flute. Mix the wine and bitters and float on top of the drink.
