60ml Gin
Half A Teaspoon of Earl Grey Tea
Tonic Water
Grapefruit Wedge (for Garnish)

Mix the gin and tea, allowing it to stand for a minute, strain into an ice filled highball glass, top up the glass with tonic water and add garnish.
