Half A Peach
2 Sprigs of Lemon Verbena
30ml Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon of Sugar Syrup
60ml White Rum
Peach Slice (for Garnish)
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
Muddle the peach in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Double strain into a cracked ice filled rocks glass and add garnishes.
