1 Basil Sprig
30ml Gin
30ml Crème de Poire
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
5ml Soda Water
Put the basil sprig into a highball glass, fill with ice and add the gin, crème de poire and juice and stir well. Pull the basil sprig to the top of the glass with a spoon and add the soda water.
