Gin Basil Fix

1 Basil Sprig
30ml Gin
30ml Crème de Poire
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
5ml Soda Water

Put the basil sprig into a highball glass, fill with ice and add the gin, crème de poire and juice and stir well. Pull the basil sprig to the top of the glass with a spoon and add the soda water.

Rainy Day Spritz

30ml Mr Lyan Rainy Day Spritz
60ml Dry White Wine
60ml Soda Water
2 Raspberries (for Garnish)
Grapefruit Zest (for Garnish)

Build the Spritz and wine into a wine glass and stir. Top up with the soda water and add garnishes.

Peach And Verbena Smash

Half A Peach
2 Sprigs of Lemon Verbena
30ml Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon of Sugar Syrup
60ml White Rum
Peach Slice (for Garnish)
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)

Muddle the peach in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Double strain into a cracked ice filled rocks glass and add garnishes.

Mulberry Smash

2 Teaspoons of Mulberry Jam
60ml Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
8 Mint Leaves
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
4-5 Blueberries (for Garnish)

Stir the jam with the gin in a shaker well, add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Double strain into an ice filled rocks glass and add garnishes.

Diamond Rickey

60ml Mr Lyan Diamond Rickey
Fevertree Mediterranean Tonic
Grapefruit Wedge (for Garnish)
Thyme Garnish (for Garnish)
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
Rosemary Sprig (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an ice filled tumbler glass, topping up the glass with the tonic. Add garnishes.

Americano

30ml Campari
30ml Sweet Vermouth
Rosemary Sprig (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an ice filled highball glass and stir. Add garnish.

Pass The Buck

60ml Buckwheat Tea
20ml Grapefruit Juice
1 Tablespoon of Elderflower Cordial
60ml Blended Scotch
Soda Water
Grapefruit Slice (for Garnish)
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients except the soda water into an ice filled highball glass and stir. Top up with the soda water and add garnishes.
