Ponce De Leon

30ml Cognac
15ml Light Rum
15ml Grand Marnier
30ml Grapefruit Juice
Sparkling Wine
Grapefruit Twist (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the wine and strain into a coupe glass. Top up with the wine and add garnish.
