Never Doubt

60ml Cognac
30ml Orgeat Syrup
30ml Light Cream
120ml Soda Water
Grated Nutmeg (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into a rocks glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
