1 Sugar Cube
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
30ml Dubonnet Rouge
Champagne
Orange Twist (for Garnish)
Put the sugar cube into a wine glass and douse it with the bitters, letting it to soak into the sugar cube. Add the remaining ingredients, topping up with the champagne, and add garnish.
