The Gin Fizz

30ml Sloe Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
Prosecco
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the prosecco and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the prosecco and add garnish.
