60ml Cognac
15ml Orange Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Orgeat Syrup
4 Drops of Orange Flower Water
1 Egg White
30ml Light Cream
60ml Soda Water
Shake all ingredients but the soda water vigorously and strain into a rocks glass. Top up with the soda water.
