Champagne Flip

30ml Brandy
15ml Cointreau
10ml Cream
10ml Sugar Syrup
1 Egg Yolk
Champagne
Grated Nutmeg (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the champagne vigorously and strain into a champagne tulip. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.
