45ml Tequila
15ml Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
90ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Agave Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Lime Juice
1 Drop of Dale Degroff's Pimento Bitters
Pineapple Spear (for Garnish)
Shake and strain ingredients into a highball glass. Add garnish.
