Crawdaddy
20ml Absinthe
30ml Rye Whiskey
30ml Lemon Juice
20ml Banana Orgeat
20ml Egg White
5 Drops of Peychaud's Bitters (for Garnish)
Dry shake the ingredients, add ice and shake again and double strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.
