Bohemian Indulgence

30ml Absinthe
15ml Mozart White Chocolate Cream
15ml Dark Rum
15ml Cream
10ml Spice Syrup
Star Anise (for Garnish)

Shake and double strain ingredients into a coupette. Add garnish.
