Apple Fairy

20ml Absinthe
40ml Calvados Adrien Camut 6 Year Old
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
15ml Spice Syrup
15ml Lime Juice
Mini Toffe Apple (for Garnish)

Shake and double strain ingredients into a coupe glass. Add garnish.
