45ml Bourbon Whiskey
15ml Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Orange Bitter
Combine ingredients into mixing glass with 2 or 3 ice cubes and stir gently. Put cherry in chilled glass and strain drink over the cherry, putting an orange twist on rim of the glass as garnish.
Originated in the 1870's in The Manhattan Club in New York. It was invented by a man called Ian Marshall.
