Dry Martini

60ml Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth

Pour gin and dry vermouth into mixing glass filled with ice cubes and stir well. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with lemon peel after squeezing its oil into the drink or garnish with olive.

First made in 1886 in the American Bar at Savoy Hotel in London by Thomas Stuart.
