Mai-Tai

40ml White Rum
20ml Dark Rum
15ml Curacao
15ml Orgeat
10ml Fresh Lime Juice

Shake and strain ingredients into highball glass. Garnish with pineapple spear, mint leaves and lime peel. Serve with straw.

The Mai-Tai was originally made in California, USA in either the 1930's or 1940's.
