Winne The Pooh

15ml Banks 5 Island Rum
30ml Campari
30ml Gancia Bianco Vermouth
5ml Fernet Branca
15ml Cynar
6 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Orange Peel (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an ice filled old fashioned glass and stir. Add garnish.
