Lavender Ramos

30ml Lavender Infused Gin
30ml Gin
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
20ml Heavy Cream
30ml Sugar Syrup
1 Dash of Orange Flower Water
1 Egg White
Soda Water
1 Dash of Peychaud's Bitters (for Garnish)

Vigorously shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into a pilsner glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
