French Cancan

30ml Vodka
30ml Amaro
25ml Rhubarb Syrup
25ml Lemon Juice
1 Pinch of Purple Himalayan Salt
Champagne
Rhubarb Stick (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the champagne and strain into a crushed ice filled pilsner glass. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.
