English Garden

30ml Gin
50ml Apple Juice
20ml Lime Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
Mint Sprig
2 Cucumber Slices (1 for Garnish)

Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into a Collins glass. Add garnish.
