Tiziano

10 Red Grapes (1 for Garnish)
90ml Dubonnet
Prosecco
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Muddle the grapes in a shaker, add the Dubonnet and ice, shake and strain into an old fashioned glass. Top up with the prosecco and add garnish.
