The Painkiller

60ml Aged Rum
120ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Orange Juice
30ml Coconut Cream
1 Dash of Simple Syrup
Grated Nutmeg (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Add garnish.
