Bloody Mojito

3 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Watermelon Chunk
50ml Aged Rum
15ml Basil Syrup
1 Drop of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Pinch of Pepper
10ml Lime Juice
1 Pinch of Paprika

Muddle the tomatoes and watermelon in a shaker. Add ice, rum, syrup, oil, salt and pepper, shake well and double strain into a tumbler glass. Add the lime juice and paprika.
