6 Mint Leaves
Quarter of a Lime Cut Into Wedges
30ml Elderflower Cordial
Prosecco
5ml Soda Water

Muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges lightly in a brandy balloon glass. Add the cordial and half fill the glass with the Prosecco and stir. Stir gently, top up the glass with more Prosecco and add the soda water.
