1 Orange Wheel
3 Dashes of Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged Bitters
60ml Plymouth Gin
20ml Amontillado Sherry
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Demerara Syrup
Soda Water
Orange Half Wheel (for Garnish)
Muddle the orange wheel with the bitters, add the remaining ingredients except for the soda water, shake and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
