Penicillin

60ml Blended Scotch
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Honey-Ginger Syrup
10ml Islay Scotch
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the Islay Scotch and strain into an old fashioned glass. Float the Islay Scotch and add garnish.
