The Seaplane
5ml Absinthe
30ml Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Champagne
Rinse a champagne flute with the absinthe, shake the remaining ingredients but the champagne and strain into the flute. Top up with the champagne.
