Tequila Eastside

45ml Tequila
20ml Simple Syrup
30ml Lime Juice
6-8 Mint Leaves
2-3 Thin Cucumber Slices

Muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves with simply syrup, add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass.
