Café con Leche Flip

30ml Light Rum
30ml Kahlúa
20ml Simple Syrup
30ml Heavy Cream
1 Egg Yolk
Grated Nutmeg (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.
